We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who can turn ideas into high-converting videos and help Zeely AI scale faster through social media and paid traffic.
Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.
We already have 1 million users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 130 specialists.

What it takes to join us:
3+ years of experience in creative marketing
Understanding of performance marketing and the ability to extract insights from data and apply them to strategies
Producer mindset — ability to see potential in content and evaluate its impact
Awareness of trends and best practices in social media video content
Proactivity and ability to learn quickly and independently
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
Experience with mobile applications
Experience with UGC content
Your key responsibilities and challenges:
Create and implement creative hypotheses and ideas to improve ad performance
Source content creators and bloggers/influencers to produce videos according to your briefs
Analyze the results of creative tests
Continuously track trends and discover new creative ideas for advertising
Monitor analytics and adjust planned activities to increase conversion
Collaborate with Motion Designers and User Acquisition Managers
Develop the UGC content direction
