Veta Virtual is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager for one of our premium clients: a U.S.-based luxury company operating in the premium jewelry and lifestyle space. We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Marketing Manager to act as a second pillar in marketing execution — someone who brings strong creative taste, operational discipline, and the confidence to own work across paid media, social, UGC, and campaigns. This is not a purely strategic role and not a people-management position. This is a doer-leader role: someone who executes, refines, and elevates marketing output while collaborating closely with the broader team.

🔑 Your Role:

As the Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, quality, and speed. You will act as both an executor and creative gatekeeper, supporting growth objectives while protecting brand standards. 

This role exists to create flexibility, redundancy, and resilience within the marketing function — allowing campaigns to move forward confidently without bottlenecks or compromises in quality. You’ll be trusted to make judgment calls, own deliverables, and collaborate across functions to bring ideas to life from concept through launch.

🧩 What You’ll Own:

You will have shared ownership across key creative and executional areas, including:

  • Paid ad creative (concepting, iteration, QA, launch readiness)
  • Organic social content and UGC execution
  • End-to-end execution of select campaigns or channels
  • Creative quality assurance and sign-off for creative-heavy initiatives
  • Cross-functional alignment to ensure consistency across brand, messaging, and visuals

This role is designed to allow you to own execution, not just coordinate it — while working closely with other marketing contributors to support both brand storytelling and performance-driven growth.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Execute and refine creative initiatives across paid ads, social media, UGC, and campaigns
  • Own select marketing channels or campaigns from concept to launch
  • Review, QA, and approve creative assets to ensure they meet brand and performance standards
  • Collaborate with growth, creative, and leadership stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines
  • Balance speed and precision in a fast-moving, high-standard environment
  • Maintain consistency across messaging, visuals, and tone of voice
  • Step in as a reliable execution partner when timelines are tight or priorities shift
  • Continuously improve workflows, execution quality, and creative output

🎯 Ideal Background:

This role is best suited for someone who is T-shaped — broad enough to work across marketing channels, with depth in execution.

  • 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a generalist or hybrid role
  • Proven experience in environments where you planned and executed, not just briefed or managed
  • Comfortable working across paid ads, social media, UGC, and campaign execution
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to execute independently
  • Experience “owning a channel” while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Bonus (not required): graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
