Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for visual storytelling? We're seeking a talented Presentations Analyst to craft high-quality presentations that empower our sales and relationship teams to win new clients and retain existing ones.


As a Presentations Analyst within J.P. Morgan Payments, you will be responsible for creating powerful presentations that aid our sales and relationship teams in client acquisition and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to comprehend their objectives and designing visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and compliance standards. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in this role. Prior experience in financial services such as cash management or digital payments will be advantageous. You will have the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, and will be involved in virtual collaboration with teams across the globe.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support projects end-to-end using core project management skills (kick-off calls, stakeholder follow-ups, tracking actions, managing timelines).
  • Create and format high-quality presentation materials using advanced PowerPoint, applying firm brand standards consistently.
  • Build enough Payments product knowledge to conceptualize and suggest appropriate presentation outcomes and solution narratives.
  • Handle difficult conversations professionally; negotiate scope, timelines, and quality expectations while problem-solving with stakeholders.
  • Maintain proposal/content databases by submitting timely database drafts and ensuring required approvals are captured; keep repository content accurate and up to date.
  • Perform diligent quality checks on peer deliverables when needed prior to submission to Sales.
  • Participate in firmwide brand refresh initiatives by converting repository content to the latest unified branding standards.

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and strong attention to detail/QA discipline.
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative tools, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with firm brand standards and ability to apply them to client-facing materials.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to navigate challenging conversations and align on outcomes.
  • Baseline understanding of Payments products and comfort learning product content quickly.
  • Strong organization and follow-through (timelines, approvals, version control, repository hygiene).
  • Discretion handling sensitive/confidential information.

 

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of banking or payments industry is a plus
  • Experience with marketing project management systems like Workfront or Salesforce is ideal. Experience supporting RFP/RFI and presentation-stage collateral in a sales environment.
  • Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams; web-based tools a plus
  • Prior experience maintaining content repositories and approval workflows.
  • Exposure to cross-region collaboration and time-zone handoffs.
