We’re on the hunt for a Creative Lead who blends artistic flair with a passion for results. In this role, you won’t just manage—you’ll roll up your sleeves and create standout ad campaigns for our mobile games. You’ll connect our local marketing goals with our global teams, making sure our creative work is both top-tier and perfectly tailored to the region. From the first spark of an idea to the final export, you’ll own the creative journey and ensure every asset meets our high standards.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead & Execute Ad Strategy: Make ads that stop people in their tracks. You’ll guide the whole process—from the first brainstorm to the final video edit.
  • Hands-on Production: This is a "player-coach" role. You will personally design and animate advanced motion graphics and video tutorials, turning complex game features into easy-to-understand content.
  • Full Delivery Ownership: You are accountable for the end-to-end creative lifecycle. You ensure that all regional assets are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality level.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with our global teams to align on brand standards. You will adapt global assets for the MENA region and share regional success stories with the wider company to influence global strategy.
  • Modern Workflows: Use the latest automation and generative technology to speed up production and create more versions of our best-performing ads without losing quality.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Work with the data team to see what works and what doesn't. You will use performance metrics to decide which creative ideas to keep, improve, or stop.

Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire a small team of designers, providing clear feedback and helping them improve their technical and creative skills through direct example.


RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic. You must be able to write and review creative copy to ensure it feels natural and culturally correct for the region.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically in mobile gaming or performance marketing.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage projects, lead a team, and work effectively with global partners.
  • Technical Mastery: You must be an expert in professional video editing and design software. You should be comfortable jumping into a project file to finish a task yourself at any time.
  • Innovation: A strong understanding of how to use new technology to make the creative process faster and more efficient.
  • Portfolio: A collection of work that shows both your strategic thinking and your personal ability to produce high-quality video and design assets.
  • Hands-on Production: Taking a direct role in the "doing." You are expected to personally execute high-level video editing, motion graphics, and gameplay recording to ensure the highest quality.
  • Full Delivery Ownership: Taking complete accountability for the creative lifecycle—from the initial concept and design to the final export and delivery of all assets.
  • Performance Marketing: Building ads that move the needle. You focus on creating content that drives actual downloads and a high return on investment (ROI).
