Reporting to the VP, E&A Marketing, you will lead our EMEA & APAC creative team and focus area. You will lead the development of creative platforms including static, motion and video assets for brand and performance-driven marketing channels. We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience driving creative efforts (including AI-first/supported creative production) in an agency or in-house setting. You are a recognised expert in this role, are known for your collaboration and relish building and improving on process. You have a strong understanding of marketing channels and their goals, whether brand or performance-focused, and use best practices, formats and solid expertise in building marketing creative.

This role is based in our London office and is a hybrid work schedule (50% onsite).

You Will:
- Lead and empower an experienced team of 4 creative designers and 1 copywriter focused on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through compelling creative
- Have extensive experience and in-depth understanding of guiding creative execution across print, digital, and motion design from concept to delivery
- Ensure all creative is insight-driven, on brand, and driving testing and optimization
- Work with the team and agencies to create bold ideas that break category norms and differentiate us in the market
- Balance guiding your team's creative output with your ability to jump in and own, design or write the work yourself
- Partner with marketers and project management to continuously improve creative workflows and ensure briefs are clear, insightful, and meet shared objectives and goals
- Partner with other Creative Leads in the wider Marketing team to establish creative strategies and ensure that brand look & feel, brand tone of voice, and integrated campaigns are brought to life across all channels and markets, encouraging alignment across the global marketing team
- Work closely with external agency partners to ensure their work is delivered on brand and to a high-quality standard

You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing team
- Consumer brands experience a must; digital or tech brands preferred
- Expertise of best-practices for mobile-first digital marketing
- Experience leveraging AI to accelerate creative production
- Ability to operate autonomously, you can structure and manage your own workload
- A highly-developed instinct for balancing brand and performance goals
- Extreme attention to detail and a high degree of discretion
- Ability to clearly articulate (and teach) your approach/thinking
- An understanding of A/B testing and validation
- A sensitivity and desire to understand different cultures and trends
