Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
Brand Strategy and Development
-Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
-Develop comprehensive brand strategies that resonate across all digital and traditional platforms.
-Align closely with the editorial team to understand the brand ethos across titles – Vogue, GQ, AD and CNT.
-Conceptualize, script, and produce short and long-format video content that aligns with brand strategies and objectives.
-Create compelling pitch propositions via enhanced storytelling.
-Oversee the production process from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality outputs.
-Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant data and insights.
-Translate research findings into actionable ideas and innovative content strategies.
Campaign Management
-Lead the creative direction and execution of large-scale brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact.
-Manage smaller, tactical campaigns with agility and creativity, optimizing for engagement and results.
-Stay updated with platform trends and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
-Work closely with the various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
