About The Role

The Brand Studio team is responsible for shaping and expressing Motive's brand across every touchpoint, bringing clarity, consistency, and creativity to how we show up in the world. From integrated campaigns and product storytelling to always-on brand systems, we help Motive scale visually while staying distinctive, credible, and human. We collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, content, growth, and regional teams to turn strategy into world-class creative work.

As our Creative Director, you'll set the creative vision for Motive's brand and lead a multidisciplinary in-house studio across copy, video, and design, while guiding creative direction for how the brand shows up on web and digital experiences. You'll own the creative vision for Motive's biggest brand moments, including Vision, our annual customer conference, and partner closely with Marketing and the executive team to turn business goals into clear, memorable creative.

You'll also shape how Brand Studio works: moving at a fast pace, using AI thoughtfully across the creative process, and building the systems, processes, and partnerships that help the team deliver with greater speed, quality, and consistency. This is an opportunity to define the next chapter of Motive's brand while helping a growing creative organization do its best work.
