As the Creative Director for Art Direction, Campaigns, you will lead the visual storytelling that brings Xero’s global brand and product ecosystem to life. You will translate complex features into compelling narratives that connect emotionally and drive action across a range of integrated global campaigns.
Your influence sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and leadership. By overseeing a team of talented creatives, you will elevate every brief from executional to exceptional, ensuring our creative vision aligns with business priorities to create a global impact.
The team / how they connect
You will join Xero’s Internal Global Agency, reporting directly to the GM, Head of Creative. You will act as a strategic partner to Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams to define and uphold our creative standards. Working across multiple workstreams, you will collaborate with performance and insights teams to refine concepts through data and customer experimentation.
Initially, you will focus on
Co-leading the visual and conceptual development of global campaigns that highlight Xero’s products and brand stories.
Managing and mentoring a high-performing creative team, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous development.
Directing integrated campaign execution across digital, social, film, and brand activations to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
Partnering with marketing leads to design conversion-focused experiences and performance-optimised creative content.

Partnering with senior business and product stakeholders comes easily to you, allowing you to translate objectives into distinctive creative strategies.
You demonstrate a strong curiosity for craft, constantly pushing design quality while remaining adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Experience within tech, SaaS, or B2B sectors would be highly regarded as you help shape narratives for our unique audience.
