Job Summary:
As the Creative Designer, you will lead the creation and execution of visually compelling, brand-consistent designs across digital and print media. You will work closely with marketing and leadership teams to ensure our brand resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in a competitive market. Your expertise in innovative design, branding, and multi-channel storytelling will be essential in enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including maintaining and enhancing the online and offline style guides
- Digital Design: Design user-focused website assets, email campaigns, social media assets, and digital ad units
- Print Media: Develop high-quality designs for direct mail campaigns, brochures, and other print collateral
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create visually engaging materials that align with our messaging
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Vision & Innovation: Proactively present new ideas and design trends to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and ahead of industry standards
- Project Management: Oversee the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in design with a focus on branding, digital media, email campaigns, social media, direct mail, and print
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools; Experience with website design platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects with a focus on branding and multi-channel campaigns
- Creativity: A demonstrated ability to think innovatively and translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals
- Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align design strategies with broader business goals.
