Primary Purpose: The Senior Graphic Designer will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Graphics Team. The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role within the Print Design team focusing on the development of graphics for ready to wear, leather goods and special projects for Coach Collection/Pre-Collection and Coach New York (Retail). Reporting directly to the Senior Director of the Print Studio, you'll ensure that every graphic element from apparel to accessories is designed and aligned with our brands aesthetic.   • Drive the graphic direction for the season through trend awareness and innovative research resources
  • Partner with the Sr Director of Print and cross-category Design leads to realize projects from kick-off through to production hand-off
  • Lead a team of two direct reports and serve as a resource of technical expertise for the print team
  • Create artwork appropriately for the product, color separate and prepare in the correct format depending on factory requirements
  • Manage all information sharing between cross-functional teams for various product categories
  • Create and maintain concept and presentation boards, and digital archives
  • Work proactively according to development calendar to stay ahead of timelines


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 7+ Graphic/Print Design work experience in the Fashion field
  • Must be an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and relevant Adobe design programs
  • Must be skilled at hand drawing/painting
  • Experience in developing print/textile product with factories is a plus; understanding of product development from concept through commercialization
  • Knowledge of textiles, embellishments, and performance quality
  • Excellent familiarity with trends, fashion and art history
  • Strong range of research resources
  • Highly-developed taste level and sensitivity to color balance
  • Ability to manage a team, prioritize and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented - excellent calendar adherence and ownership
  • Understanding and enthusiasm for Coach brand
