Rimini Street seeks a Creative Designer with the unique talent of brand selling through the power of extraordinary visuals.

Position Summary

As a Creative Designer for the Brand Experience Team, you will partner with the broader Marketing and HR team to produce digital assets that attract existing and new audiences, with a strong emphasis on brand selling. The ideal candidate is a versatile, lead-by-example creative expert who can bring innovative ideas forward in a fast-paced environment.

This individual understands how to distil higher-level messages into punchy imagery, producing designs that reflect the company’s mission to “deliver extraordinary technology solutions powered by extraordinary talent.” The talent has an acute eye for detail and delivers high-quality creative work – on time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Distill, design and deliver creative assets that are highly effective in their intended purpose.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, corporate marketing peers, department heads and senior decision makers and serve as the point-person for kicking off new creative and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with campaign and content teams to drive conceptualization, visualization and design of integrated campaigns aligned to buyer journeys and business objectives.
  • Establish, implement and evolve Rimini Street’s brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all mediums.
  • Partner with the content team to ensure all content and creative elements are tightly aligned to meet audience and business goals.
  • Partner with Rimini Street web and digital teams for on-brand execution across digital touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, software, and technology to improve design processes and elevate Rimini Street’s visual identity.
  • Advocate for and present creative work to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Develop a strong understanding of Rimini Street’s core markets and clients, and marry that with design best practices and principles to develop compelling creative that resonates with our markets.
  • Enable cross-functional teams to be brand stewards.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work in a creative field with a portfolio of results-driven, innovative work that shows the diversity of experience across both online and offline marketing.
  • Experience working with global brands and global teams to deliver brand experiences with a global mindset that can easily be localized.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary in-house creative team that functions as a centralized service for the business.
  • Experience developing creative assets to support various marketing initiatives, including demand generation, events, digital and print collateral, and employer branding.
  • Track record of collaboration with business leaders to translate goals into winning and impactful marketing campaigns and creative executions.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and senior leaders to develop mood boards that effectively convey core business messaging in an engaging way.
  • Proven experience in brand management and design consistency.
  • Experience developing eye-catching B2B-focused creative for various social media and digital ad platforms

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Video editing and animation experience is a plus.
  • Experience designing, preparing, and delivering print-ready creative assets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Uncanny attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure.
  • Proactively seeks new challenges rooted in the desire to help others succeed.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 104k - 130k depending on skills and experience.
