Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns the overall creative direction and adherence to the visual corporate brand identity - managing, developing and implementing branding guidelines
- Leads the creative team, implementing a creative strategy that aligns to the business plan
- Oversees all internal and external branding and marketing assets
- Implements best practice and process around all creative design, imagery and graphics, benchmarking against relevant industry comparators
- Partners with key stakeholders and departments across the business to ensure a cohesive customer experience, provides strategic input into creative concepts and campaigns
- Selects and manages relationships and deliverables for all external creative agencies across the business
- Leads, coaches and develops the creative services team ensuring brand application consistency across all creative output
- Design, development and maintenance of company templates that support the brand’s visual identity, including presentation decks and other digital and printed assets
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in creative design roles and experience leading and mentoring creative teams
- Experience working in tech B2B environments and creating compelling creatives to interpret and address key customer challenges
- A strong portfolio of work to demonstrate a unique approach to brand building, skills in graphic design and layout best practices
- An obsession with design fundamentals, visual design skills and shows analytical and insightful attention to detail
- An organised and flexible individual who can move with the demands of a matrix organisation, while always staying on point
- A strong communicator who is not phased, remains calm under the pressure of tight deadlines and is comfortable presenting or leading discussions to different stakeholder groups
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, ask relevant questions and develop strategic designs
- High-level of expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience in video editing desired.

Location: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh or London.
