As the Creative Content Lead you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavours, playing a crucial role in creating, shaping and communicating our brand's story.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce effective daily short-form content for our targetaudience on social media. 
  • Source, develop and craft stories of the lives we impact, showcasing the real-world difference our work makes. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and design teams to ensure the content is accurate, on-brand, and contributes to our overall demand strategy. 
  • Together with the Design team, further develop the established brand identity and tone of voice for our social media content. 
  • Monitor market trends and adapt our marketing and branding strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Additionally, consider relevant topics for creating engaging content. You will also be interviewing subject matter experts to create content. 
  • Translate our core messages into compelling human communication that resonates with our audience. 

Requirements:

  • Project Management:You've successfully managed multiple content projects, demonstrating your ability to oversee them from conception to completion. You have the ability to pull in resources as needed to bring your creative vision to life. Whether it’s collaborating with a videographer, visual designer, or other professionals, you ensure that the content meets your high standards. 
  • Versatile Content Creator: You have a great understanding of content creation andare capable of handling many aspects of content creation yourself, making you a versatile asset to any project. Your portfolioshowcases a range of projects, highlighting your versatility and skill in bringing diverse content strategies to life. 
  • Trend-Savvy:You're always up to date with the latest trends on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You know how to craft short-form content that resonates with these audiences, utilizing engaging storytelling techniques, trending formats, and platform-specific features to create highly shareable, impactful posts that connect with our target audience.
  • Confident Communicator: You are confident in interviewing people and comfortable standing in front of the camera. Your ease in conducting interviews and presenting content on camera adds a dynamic and engaging layer to your storytelling capabilities, making you adept at creating both written and visual content. 
  • Innate Curiosity: Your natural curiosity drives you to explore and understand people’s stories. You have a unique ability to connect with individuals and extract intriguing stories that resonate. 
  • Trend Acumen: You have a keen understanding of current trends and know how to leverage them in content creation. You stay ahead of the curve, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends that align with our brand’s mission. 
  • Content Expertise: You have a sharp eye for what great content looks like and the technical know-how to bring it to life. You understand the elements of compelling content and know how to create it consistently – knowing how to film and edit is a big plus. Background from a top tier fashion magazine/lifestyle brand is a plus.
