The Role

eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers and our ability to increase e-commerce sales demonstrably, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data and media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

Creative Associates are the frontline producers of eko’s revolutionary product media. Reporting to a Crew Chief, you’ll receive a daily capture plan and execute it with precision, artistry, and hustle. We want to make products look their best — quickly, consistently, and beautifully. You’ll style physical products, operate proprietary robotic systems, and ensure every image meets eko’s high-quality standards before it ships out to our retail partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the entire product capture lifecycle, from inventory pick to final quality check, ensuring products are styled and captured to spec.
  • Style, prep, and position a wide variety of physical products, maintaining visual standards across different categories and shapes.
  • Operate proprietary robotics that scan, measure, and photograph products.
  • Quality check your work in real time — it only ships when it looks great.
  • Meet daily and weekly capture targets while maintaining top-tier styling and imaging standards.
  • Problem-solve on the fly, flagging technical issues and collaborating with teammates to keep production flowing.
  • Handle all products carefully, ensuring items remain pristine before, during, and after capture.
  • Collaborate with stylists and other operators when needed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Energized by a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Able to follow precise standards while using your styling instincts to make products look their best.
  • Excited to use robotics, cameras, and styling tools to transform everyday objects into standout digital media.
  • Obsessed with quality over shortcuts — you take pride in your work.
  • A team player who lifts others up and brings positive energy to every shift.
  • Able to stay physically active and on your feet during your shift; light to moderate lifting will be required.
  • Flexible and eager to learn new systems and processes as we evolve.
  • Must be on-site 4 days/week in Northwest Arkansas

Bonus Points (Not Required):

  • Background or training in photography, video production, fashion styling, or media creation.
  • Experience in studio production, visual merchandising, or warehousing.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of something groundbreaking. This is an unparalleled opportunity to operate production for a cutting-edge robotics studio at the forefront of innovation.
  • Hyper-growth environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a company that is scaling at an exceptional pace.
  • Leadership impact. Work with leadership to shape the strategy that will drive organizational success.

Benefits:

• 401K
• Premium health insurance
• Mental Health and Wellness Resources
• Life and Disability Insurance
• HSA/FSA
• 12 Paid Holidays

What We Do

Eko is a technology company that’s building a limitless platform for creating and publishing interactive, choice-driven video experiences.

From commerce-connected creative to choice-driven narrative worlds, we enable our platform users to build experiences that engage their audiences more deeply and convert them more effectively.

We license our platform to customers like retailers, agencies, and brands, and we help those customers achieve their dreams by supporting the experiences they build on our platform end-to-end

We are building a software solution suite that currently consists of Discovery Engines, Try & Buys and Inspiration Hubs.

At eko, we believe in a creative approach to everything, no matter what role we’re in. We believe in meaningful choice, at work and in life. We’re software developers and spray paint artists, poets and producers, fantasy sports fans and financial whizzes, chess-heads and UXperts, pop culture nerds and product managers, data wizards and yoga instructors. We’re from all over the world, and we have as many stories as we do people. We can’t wait to hear yours.

Eko investors include Innovation Endeavors, Intel Capital, Marker, MGM, NEA, Samsung, Sequoia Capital, Sony, Warner Music Group, and WPP. The company is based in New York with an office in Tel Aviv.
