C&Q Jr. Engineer

For Commissioning & Qualification services in the Manufacturing area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and previous exposure to C&Q activities within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industry. 
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, both written and verbal are required.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Validation Protocols 
  • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Provide technical support for commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities related to equipment, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to document C&Q activities and findings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and qualification phases.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize C&Q processes.
• Train and mentor team members on C&Q procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in C&Q methodologies.
