Role Summary

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple countries. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing recruitment workflows, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality recruitment experience.

This role requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.

You will join a team committed to delivering exceptional recruitment support services to ING's global businesses. The team partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently while continuously improving the employee and candidate experience.

What You'll Do

Recruitment Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage review and job requisition assignment for supported countries.
  • Arrange interview schedules and candidate briefings.
  • Set up required background checks.
  • Manage and track required candidate assessments.
  • Proactively report trends on recruitment administrative requests.
  • Identify roadblocks and challenges, coordinate exceptions, and proactively manage resolutions.
  • Liaise with local People Services teams to address operational concerns and challenges.
  • Perform warm transfers to other non-HR groups when necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive client working relationships.
  • Deliver excellent employee experience and high-quality customer service.
  • SME and Operational Excellence Responsibilities
  • Create an environment that fosters effective teamwork and supports team success through coaching, monitoring, feedback, establishing ways of working, and process improvements.
  • Keep current with HR policies, procedures, programs, and recruitment systems.
  • Accountable for team adherence to performance standards, service level agreements, and metrics.
  • Perform Workforce Management duties.
  • Formulate and maintain team production reports.
  • Support recruitment administration and global recruitment project management activities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively across the organization.
  • Support staff inquiries and assist in training new joiners.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • College graduate.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries.
  • Exposure to working with internal and external clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment systems and tools such as Workday is an advantage.
