We are looking for an Automation Engineer passionate about maintaining high standards of automated systems and technical excellence for our CPS plant. This role ensures our automated equipment and systems run efficiently and effectively. If you are driven by problem-solving, technical skills, and team collaboration, apply to join our team.
What you'll do for us:
- Diagnosing failures in automated equipment or systems: Analyze and troubleshoot faults for timely resolution and minimize downtime.
- Maintaining the Shopfloor network and automated lines: Optimize performance and ensure proper maintenance of automated systems.
- Providing high-level automation technical expertise: Support internal teams with automation challenges and maintain shop floor networks.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team for corrective tasks: Address issues promptly and efficiently with the maintenance team.
- Designing and executing equipment and facility improvements: Participate in continuous improvement projects for better efficiency and reliability.
- Administrative tasks: Requesting spare parts, managing work orders, and drafting reports for accurate documentation and operations.
What are the qualifications needed:
- Degree in Electronic, System, or Automation Engineering.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proven experience in Automation or similar roles in an industrial environment.
- Advanced knowledge in PLC programming (preferably Ladder) for fault diagnosis.
- Advanced knowledge in HMI programming panels for equipment diagnostics.
- Ability to identify and resolve SCADA faults.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and control schematics.
