About the role

We are looking for a CPO & Co-founder to co-build a startup focused on developing automation solutions using robotics technologies.

This is a hands-on founder role, not a corporate executive position.

You will play a key role in shaping both the product vision and business strategy of the company. Together with the founding team and investors, you will define the market approach, develop the product offering, and build the company’s operational and organizational foundations from the ground up.

Your mission is to transform robotics automation opportunities into a scalable product and growing business by combining product thinking, market insight, and strong execution in an early-stage startup environment.

Your responsibilities
  • Co-managing the company,

  • Defining and executing the strategic vision for a robotics automation startup,

  • Shaping and developing the company’s product offering in the robotics and automation space,

  • Identifying market opportunities and aligning product strategy with customer needs,

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders,

  • Monitoring robotics and automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation,

  • Building and leading a small, high-performing team,

  • Creating a culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and high execution standards,

  • Designing internal processes and operational structures from scratch,

  • Overseeing core business operations and supporting financial planning activities (budgeting, forecasting).

Who we are looking for (must-have)
  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience in startups or technology companies,

  • At least 3+ years of experience working with robotics technologies,

  • Proven experience in building products, projects, or ventures from scratch,

  • Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies,

  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills,

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and scale new ventures,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environments,

  • Experience with project management and process design,

  • Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).

Nice to have
  • Experience in robotics automation platforms or industrial automation,

  • Experience working with hardware + software products,

  • Background in deep tech or engineering-driven startups,

  • Experience collaborating with investors or participating in fundraising processes.
