Lead the AI/ML core for a robotics automation startup: design, train, and fine-tune models, build computer vision pipelines, integrate AI with hardware, define the AI stack, mentor engineers, and translate customer feedback into technical requirements.

Owns discovery and development of 0-to-1 digital products from initial concept through MVP and beyond. Responsibilities include user research, market validation, product requirements, roadmap prioritization, KPI tracking, sprint facilitation, cross-functional collaboration, prototyping AI-enabled products, and supporting positioning, pricing, and post-launch feedback. The role requires strong product judgment, autonomy, communication in English and Polish, and practical understanding of LLM capabilities and risks.

Join as a founder CTO to own technology strategy, design and build an enterprise AI SaaS platform. Hands-on work includes writing production code, making architectural decisions, ensuring security/reliability, evaluating emerging AI tech, and recruiting and leading the engineering team to launch and scale the product.

Own and execute SafeMe's UK go-to-market: audit product and data, define target segments and positioning, build a 3–6 month growth playbook across Meta/TikTok/Google, produce and run creative-led performance campaigns, run continuous A/B tests, and report growth metrics (CAC, CTR, CPC, conversions, retention) to the Board.

Own the full sales lifecycle: identify target segments, create pipeline via outbound and partnerships, run discovery, translate needs into proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage CRM, forecasting and account development, and iterate on channels and messaging.

Lead confidential end-to-end executive searches for C-level and founder roles across a venture portfolio. Build and maintain a global startup/VC network, assess entrepreneurial fit and risk tolerance, negotiate complex equity-involved offers, and personally manage high-profile candidate relationships to place leaders who can scale seed-stage startups to global businesses.
