Manage full-cycle (360) recruitment for Red Sky and portfolio companies, partnering with founders/hiring managers to define hiring needs, design candidate-centered interview processes, optimize ATS/workflows, track hiring metrics, and independently own sourcing through offer negotiation for technical and non-technical roles.
