Objective of the position:
To provide operational support for the TT/GN organization. Work within Procurement Guidelines procedures to ensure the best competitive options for the company and maintain compliance. Mentor and train CPO Agents. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating process and systems gaps.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
- Experience working with international teams AND cross-functional teams is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, etc)
- interpretation/ understanding of techincal drawings/specs.
- English level: Advance (B2 +)

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Supply and Logistics Management or Business Administration; OR an associate's degree with 1 year of related experience. Minimun one (1) year experience is preferred, with purchasing processes

Main Functions:
- - Responsible for managing a defined set of requisitions and ensuring correct processing (RfQs, contracts, rejections, or forwarding to correct Buyer)
- - Responsible for managing returned and processing quotes into contracts including supporting quote evaluation documentation and accurate contract details
- - Support of internal and external customers, correspondence, deadline tracking and monitoring for the procurement department
- - Process ticket requests from Buyers per defined ticket categories including contract preparation, analysis, quality checks, and reporting. Collaborate with Buyers on an ad hoc basis
- - Train and Mentor CPO Agents Support identification and realization of continuous improvement measures
- Responsible for Subject Matter Expert for CPO Products as defined by CPO Manager.
- Responsible for Goods Receipt errors, work flow errors, aftermarket price discrepancies resolution for defined set of Buyers
