Responsable de asegurar que tenemos el abasto correcto (Dispersión de inventarios óptima) para asegurar la ejecución de planes promocionales y apuestas de la compañía. Internamente, es responsable de pasar la señal de demanda correcta para coordinar cross Supply Chain la expectativa de resurtido.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Estrategia conjunta de abasto / Joint Business Plan (JBP) con el cliente.
- Acordar KPIs y metas de servicio con el cliente.
- Definir mix de productos, alcance e innovaciones a impulsar.
- Construir el Outlook y S&OP mensual y anual (validado con KAM).
- Proyectar la demanda del consumidor en el punto de venta, comparar forecast interno vs. externo (forecast accuracy), identificar eventos internos que modifican la demanda (estacionalidad, promos).
- Optimizar la dispersión de inventarios en el PDV (reducción de agotados).
- Gestión de pedidos y solicitudes de abasto/comerciales.
- Monitoreo de fill rate, agotados, on-time delivery y patrones de pedido.
- Seguimiento de desempeño de Sell-Out, innovaciones y promociones.
- Desarrollar reportes / dashboards de visibilidad cíclicos.
- Coordinación interna con Campo, Ventas, Planning y Supply Chain.
