- Schedule online meetings to discover and understand the goals of students and parents
- Communicate and follow up with parents via calls / online messaging apps
- Present, inform, and sell programs and how they meet our clients’ needs
- Answer potential clients' questions and sharing additional information needed
- Handle any objections to close sales and achieve sales targets
- Report customer feedback to the corresponding department
- Coordinate and schedule/reschedule an online meeting with global teams and customers
- Support management on any other sales-related tasks to improve team goals
