About this roleAs our Courier Performance Specialist, you will step into the shoes of our fleet to drive operational excellence within the local logistics ecosystem. Sitting within the local Operations department, you will act as the primary anchor for executing the end-to-end courier lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead daily execution with a customer-centric approach, ensuring central frameworks are seamlessly implemented. Through close teamwork, you will care for our fleet's health while delivering stable service quality and operational stability.
These are some of the key components to the position:Process Coordination: Execute the standardized courier journey from onboarding to offboarding based on global frameworks.
Fleet Scaling: Monitor local fleet capacity and execute recruitment plans directed by the Head of Operations.
Performance Monitoring: Track local courier KPIs, identify underperformance, and initiate clear improvement plans.
Business Reporting: Gather local data and performance highlights to assist in preparing Monthly Business Reviews.
Stakeholder Support: Inform local couriers of system changes and resolve first-level grievances to lift each other up.
Duty Management: Monitor local weather forecasts and proactively relay critical info to Leads and Planners.
Knowledge Management: Maintain the Courier Knowledge Base so information is accurate and easily accessible.
Fleet Collaboration: Supervise couriers and Captains directly, driving excellence through open feedback and collaboration.
Sentiment Tracking: Analyze fleet health via Peakon reviews to help the Lead continuously improve the courier experience.
Operational Experience: Proven background coordinating logistics, last-mile delivery, or retail operations.
Data Literacy: Ability to confidently navigate Excel and dashboards to monitor fleet performance and identify trends.
Process Mindset: A disciplined approach to following global standards while managing unique local nuances.
Regulatory Knowledge: Developing an understanding of local delivery operations and basic employment regulations.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written skills to engage responsibly with a decentralized, diverse workforce.
Goal Commitment: Highly motivated to stay committed to achieving goals and maintaining fleet stability.
Partner Focus: Dedication to understanding and supporting both internal teams and external courier partners.
