Team Description
Corporate FP&A team directs the company-wide forecast and budget process, analyzes business performance against plan, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership.
The team partners closely with Finance leaders and Business Unit FP&A teams across the company to consolidate forecasts, assess business trends, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a company-wide perspective across multiple businesses while working in a highly visible finance organization.
What You Will Do
- Own relationships with assigned Business Unit FP&A teams and act as the primary finance partner for forecast consolidation and review.
- Collect, review, and challenge forecasts submitted by business finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain the weekly forecasting model, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for Finance leadership.
- Analyze business trends, KPIs, and forecasting assumptions to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on forecast performance and business drivers, including revenue, GMV, and profitability metrics.
- Support monthly and quarterly planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the company.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to resolve data quality issues and improve forecasting models and reporting processes.
- Prepare executive-level management reports and presentations for senior Finance leadership.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Continuously improve reporting, forecasting, and planning processes through automation and operational efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Controllership, or related finance functions.
- Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large and complex financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate FP&A, Group Finance, or Central Finance organizations.
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience with SAP, BPC, Hyperion, or similar planning systems.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and partnering with Data Analytics teams.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and executive-level decision making.
