Join our Global Procurement team and support Hapag-Lloyd’s global procurement organization with the implementation, roll out and application of our eProcurement tools.
In this position you will be located in Gdańsk and will work closely with the Global Procurement Team in Hamburg and support various procurement functions at Headquarter and in the Regions.
After the onboarding process and dedicated tool certifications, you will continue with training on the job to act as the primary point of contact for all user requests and provide guidance and support to users on eProcurement tools.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with responding to user queries related to Coupa and escalate issues when needed.
Support end-user assistance and provide basic guidance on Coupa processes.
Help maintain user, supplier, contract, and master data in the system.
Assist with updating system configurations, catalogs, and approval workflows.
Participate in testing new Coupa features and system upgrades.
Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track system usage and data quality.
Bachelor’s studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Legal or a related field.
Willingness to learn procurement processes with a focus on purchase-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) activities.
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, will be considered an advantage.
Focus on customer service and user satisfaction with problem-solving and communication skills.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Skills Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Legal or a related field
