We’re looking for a Country Manager for the US. In this role, you’ll own the business end-to-end, working across strategy, P&L, marketing, partnerships, and execution to scale the brand and build a strong local community.

Your Tasks
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the market, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.

  • Develop and implement the local business strategy in alignment with Yepoda’s global goals.

  • Lead influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and sales, managing relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers.

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, including retail, media, and brand collaborations, negotiating agreements to maximize value.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, bringing together operations, product, marketing, and logistics, while advocating for local market needs.

  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies for growth.

  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.

Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or general management, ideally in beauty, D2C, or consumer lifestyle industries.

  • Hands-on experience in the US market, with a deep understanding of consumer trends, influencer and social media landscape, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering growth in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent cross-functional project leadership skills — able to align and mobilize teams to deliver impact.

  • Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and execute hands-on.
