Develops data-driven creative strategy for paid social growth. Creates briefs, copy, storyboards, testing roadmaps, persona-based concepts, and platform-specific creative playbooks. Analyzes performance metrics, identifies winning hooks and trends, coordinates design, production, influencer, and media teams, and advises on landing-page alignment and CRO. Presents creative performance reviews and translates campaign insights into actionable direction.

Own Yepoda’s company-wide analytics function and data product roadmap. Translate commercial questions and D2C metrics into prioritized data products, requirements, user stories, and repeatable analyses. Establish KPI, reporting, BI, and decision-support standards while partnering with stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams. Lead discovery, experimentation, and development of self-service analytics and ML-enabled capabilities that deliver commercial impact.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, cash-flow monitoring, and financial statement preparation. Support statutory audits and compliance with German accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Help implement an ERP system, establish new financial processes, and provide financial insights to cross-functional teams in a scaling e-commerce startup.

Performs day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, payment processing, and financial operations. Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation under German HGB standards, statutory audits, and tax compliance. Helps implement an ERP system and establish new financial processes and workflows. Collaborates with other departments by providing financial insights in a scaling e-commerce startup environment.

Lead Yepoda’s global PR and communications strategy across international markets. Responsibilities include managing PR agencies, developing messaging and brand stories, coordinating press materials and activations, tracking performance KPIs, overseeing budgets, and supporting sustainability and purpose campaigns. The role collaborates with creative, influencer marketing, and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication across media, social, packaging, retail, and B2B channels.
