Job Description:

The Role: 

 

The Country Manager will be responsible for full spectrum of Hydrafacial business in assigned territory and designing and executing an accelerated growth for Hydrafacial in the territory that is profitable and sustainable. The CM will plan and direct all sales & marketing activities including planning and implementing forecasts, development marketing campaigns and loyalty plans, to achieve the growth plan. 

 

What you’ll do: 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy and build out of the business in assigned region. 

  • Conduct business diagnostic / channel potential to define channel growth strategy based on the TAM (Total Addressable Market). 

  • Set and execute sales objectives, goals and directly responsible for monitoring established targets; lead sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and continuously enhance market penetration. 

  • Build a competitive team of Capital Sales Managers (CSMs) that build our real estate by successfully selling the Hydrafacial business model to new customers. 

  • Build a team of successful Business Development Managers (BDMs) that obsess over, and ensure our providers improve the return on investment of their Hydrafacial device.  

  • Ensure BDM & CSM adoption of CRM tool & adherence in real time to agreed protocols. Review data and reports to extract strategic insights for business growth and decision-making at the country level. 

  • Establish and maintain strategic and good relationships with KOLs, Key Accounts. 

  • Develop a specific strategy to work with chain customers.  

  • Manage country level new product launches by partnership with EMEA Marketing team. 

  • Lead in-country marketing team to develop and execute Hydrafacial marketing campaigns, Glowvolution, digital marketing, while ensuring a good communication plan internally and externally, as well as flawless execution that drives awareness, trial and conversion. 

  • Develop programs, including customer and consumer loyalty, membership, and others as warranted. 

  • Oversee the operational excellence of Hydrafacial Experience Center. 

  • Develop and accountable for all aspects of P&L management. Including, but not limited to, Revenue, gross margin, cost control and optimisation and assuring the cashflow of the business.  

  • Recruit, coach, mentor and build pipeline for future talents to support business growth. 

  • Promote Hydrafacial culture through positive ongoing customer and employee relationships. 

  • Build a cohesive motivated team across all functions that perform, are developed and coached and are remunerated at the appropriate level for their role and performance.  

  • Deploy the Golden Triangle of Sales, Marketing and Training in the market with the provider at the heart of everything we do. Monitor the market. 

  • Become Managing Director (Director, Geschaeftsfuehrer, Directeur general, Administrador solidario - as the case may be) of the respective legal local entity.  

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

What you need to know: 

Experience/Skills/Education 

 

Required: 

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, marketing in medical device / healthcare industry. 

  • At least 2 years in a medical aesthetics or beauty product company (device, equipment and/or skin care). 

  • Solid business acumen, strategic thinking and mindset with proven track record of key account management, territory sales or channel sales in a fast-paced growth. 

  • Strong leadership and management skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to be a compelling and authentic communicator in a matrix organization. 

  • Self-starter who thinks quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. 

  • Fluency in English and local language a must (French or German or Spanish). 

 

Desired: 

  • Bachelor’s degree. 

  • Other language skills.
