About the RoleAt Tandem we’re reimagining how clinicians deliver care. As Country Manager for Italy, you’ll lead our market entry - shaping strategy, building partnerships, and bringing our clinician co-pilot to care providers across the country.
You'll work closely with our commercial and product teams to tailor Tandem for Italy's healthcare system, making a real difference in clinical workflows. As we grow, you’ll build and lead a local team to scale our impact quickly and sustainably
What you will doOwn the strategy and execution to launch and grow Tandem in Italy.
Build partnerships with providers, payors, and system suppliers (e.g., EHR vendors).
Work with our product team to localize Tandem’s solution for Italian clinicians.
Assemble and lead a high-performing local team as traction builds.
Champion the voice of the Italian market within Tandem.
Extensive experience within healthcare, either clinical, commercial, or both.
A strong understanding of the Italian healthcare landscape.
Proven leadership and entrepreneurial drive - you know how to build from the ground up.
A collaborative mindset and passion for user-centered innovation.
Passion, resilience, and a deep commitment to improving healthcare.
A strong network across Italy's healthcare sector.
Health-tech go-to-market experience.
Familiarity with Italian healthcare regulations.
Fluency in Italian and English.
We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based remotely in Milan. You’ll travel regularly - either to meet clinicians around Italy or to collaborate with our team in Stockholm.
