About the role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset's operations and growth in Indonesia. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the #1 stablecoin neobank in Indonesia.
What you'll do
- Own Fasset's P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Indonesia.
- Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
- Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
- Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Indonesia.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a local team including community ambassadors and BD staff.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.
What you'll bring
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Deep network and understanding of the Indonesia financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
- Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) of Indonesia strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets.
- Established regulatory relationships in Indonesia.
