- University degree in Agriculture, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven country management or general management experience, ideally within crop protection, agriculture, or life sciences

- Strategic, decisive leader with strong commercial judgment and execution capability
- Highly credible people leader with excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
