  • Manage the Myprotein Portuguese website's overall performance, including sales, key metrics, and customer database growth, using analytics to optimize the customer journey and sales strategy.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, manage the Portuguese Influencer Database, and source new talent to enhance brand recognition and performance.
  • Drive traffic to the website through innovative strategies, working closely with the central digital marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends, sharing insights to inform strategy, and develop CRM initiatives to grow the customer database.
  • Optimize website content and merchandising, collaborating with design and editorial teams to create engaging product pages and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Plan and execute on-site promotions, ensuring competitive pricing and meeting gross profit targets while aligning with monthly commercial goals.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Fluent Portuguese and English speaker both written & spoken 
  • University Degree preferred   
  • Experience in a similar online trading role is preferred   
  • Strong academic track record   
  • Strong interest in Digital marketing channels, SEO and e-commerce   
  • Proven communication and influencing skills   
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.   
  • Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making   
  • Interest and understanding of the health & nutrition sector strongly desired
