RCI Insurance Ltd and RCI Life Ltd aim to provide insurance solutions to customers of Mobilize Financial Services’ (within Renault Group) automobile financing business and are authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to conduct the business of insurance.
The company offers a comprehensive range of financing and related services for car customers of Renault Group. Backed by an international network, the company has established itself in Malta to deliver and service a portfolio of protection insurance products in a number of European Countries.
In order to strengthen its existing team, the Company is seeking a ‘Country Coordination Manager’ who will report functionally to the Chief Insurance Transformation and Partnership
🔍What will you do?
- Coordinate activities across all Group countries to ensure the effective deployment of strategic roadmaps.
- Monitor the progress of local projects and strategic initiatives.
- Drive the development of Insurance and Services activities across the network.
- Coordinate the Insurance & Services community and business communication initiatives (forums, seminars, newsletters).
- Ensure proper maintenance of country files, briefing notes, and meeting minutes.
- Lead strategic partnerships with insurers and brokers.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key strategic partners.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of programmes and activities for each partner.
- Coordinate partner governance meetings and ensure proper documentation and formalisation of discussions and meeting minutes.
- Consolidate and monitor programme performance results across all partners.
- Facilitate co-innovation initiatives with partners to support and enrich country-level strategic reflections.
- Coordinate Mobilize Financial Services’ Car-Centric Insurance & Services activities within the RSI framework.
- Participate in User Stories and Functional Testing (USFT) activities identified as part of RSI projects.
- Prepare topics and presentations for Executive Committee (Codir) and RSI Committee reviews.
🎓Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance, Services, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development, ideally within an OEM or Financial Services environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Services activities within an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a structured approach, intellectual curiosity, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently challenge stakeholders when appropriate.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to synthesis and present information clearly and effectively
