We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. If you’re passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve daily functioning, we’d love to hear from you.

As a COTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help residents improve daily living skills, strength, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy treatments as outlined in care plans
- Assist residents with activities to improve ADLs, mobility, and coordination
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active, unencumbered COTA license in South Carolina
- Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
