What You'll Do

As a COTA, you'll work closely with the Occupational Therapist to help residents achieve their highest level of function and independence by:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Assisting residents with therapeutic activities and exercises
  • Teaching adaptive techniques for daily living skills
  • Monitoring resident progress and documenting outcomes
  • Collaborating with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Encouraging and motivating residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life
What We're Looking For
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others reach their goals
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is preferred but not required
