We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

What You'll DoAs a COTA, you'll work closely with the Occupational Therapist to help residents achieve their highest level of function and independence by:
- Implementing individualized treatment plans
- Assisting residents with therapeutic activities and exercises
- Teaching adaptive techniques for daily living skills
- Monitoring resident progress and documenting outcomes
- Collaborating with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Encouraging and motivating residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others reach their goals
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is preferred but not required
