Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Coordinator to support the Costing function, focusing on the data entry and management of product costing details. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all costing information is accurately recorded and maintained, providing essential support to the product costing function. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent data management skills, and a collaborative approach.
What You'll Do:

  • Accurately input and update product cost breakdowns including cost of material, material usage, and labor rates
  • Maintain the core commodity cost data
  • Maintain organized records of all product costing data, including direct materials, labor rates, and overhead allocations
  • Work closely with the Costing Team and cross-functional departments to gather necessary costing information and ensure alignment on data requirements
  • Interpret and evaluate data, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies promptly. Elevate potential issues for appropriate review
  • Assist in generating reports related to product costs, including summaries and detailed breakdowns, for internal stakeholders
  • Other duties may be assigned


Bring It!

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, or a related field is a plus
  • 1-3 years related experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role, preferably in a costing environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to problem solving

Pay rate: $24-31/hr (DOE)
