Inside the Role

Serve as the primary CTS resource for GSA program administration, contract compliance, pricing management, and order execution. Support the full lifecycle of GSA vehicle orders by interpreting Federal Standards, managing product and pricing data, coordinating with dealers, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and inspectors, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence through accurate quoting, order tracking, production coordination, inspection support, documentation management, and customer service while partnering with Sales and Marketing to expand CTS market opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.

Position offers a starting salary range of $65,000 - $83,000 USD  

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Will Drive at DTNA 

  • ​​​​Read and comprehend GSA Federal Standards

  • Work with current contracting dealer to receive and process GSA orders

  • Build, maintain and update GSA standard item pricing, and option pricing, for annual updates.

  • Maintain detailed spreadsheet to ensure production is in line with deliver date requirements

  • Conduct meeting with dealer salespersons, and provide feedback on current orders

  • Work with suppliers on annual pricing agreements and lead-times for material

  • Quote custom orders for standard and non-standard GSA bids.

  • Support manufacturing team with processing questions, and documentation/supplier support on new installations

  • Support all CTS locations for PAR reviews, as related to GSA inspection qualifications

  • Support on-site and Virtual inspections, conducted by GSA inspector

  • Ensure final release of units have all documentation completed and invoicing to dealer is finalized

  • Support field issues and repairs, as needed

  • Support Sales/Quote Team with incoming quote requests.

  • Work with Sales/Marketing to maximize CTS’ sales opportunities in support of new or existing marketing programs

Knowledge You Should Bring 

  • ​​BS/BA and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Engineering/Technology (BS Engineering or BS Engineering Technology) focus is preferred​

  • ​​​​Able to effectively communicate verbally, with emails, and by way of official letters and reports. 

  • ​Ability to review and interpret data and information utilizing spreadsheets and equivalent reports. 

  • ​Ability to read and interpret Technical Documentation such as part drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM’s). 

  • ​ Proficiency in use of IMS, Shop-Tech, OMT.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.​​​ 

Exceptional Candidates Might Have ​

  • Engineering and/or Manufacturing background

  • Knowledge of Enterprise IQ, SAP, CHEC programming, VIVA

  • Ability to operate truck equipment

  • Hold a valid CDL License

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Effective verbal and written communication, including emails, official letters, and reports
