Responsibilities: Understanding, analysis, control, steer, data preparation, planning and reporting of the activities corresponding for Personnel Cost control (OPC) and Personnel Capacity tracking for the Plant (PC), including production, support and engineering areas.
For Example:
1. Prepare reports, monitor, analyze personnel cost and personnel capacity by providing explanations on the month end, forecast and business plan processes.
2. Coordinate planning process for OPC and PC inside the CTG controlling members to ensure 100% data request and data time delivery.
3. Active and proactive participation in specific plant forums to steer, clarify and improve the performance of OPC and PC.
4. Create an efficient culture of collaboration to improve the process across the different participants such as HRL, GS, Production, Support Areas and reporting team.
5. Integrate into the job a proactive mindset of digitation and continuous improvement. 6. Act an efficient business partner role into the entire organization, providing insights, recommendations and best analysis to manufacture, support and product controlling teams.

Qualifications
"Education: Professional with specialization in the economic-administrative area.
Experience: Elementary experience in cost analysis, Mexican labor laws, payrolls. Intermediate experience in Excel domain.
Competences: Results Orientation, Logical thinking, problem solving, sense of urgence, Presentation skills, Conflict management, Continuous learning, Interdisciplinary thinking, Analytical, collaboration.
