Job Duties and Responsibilities
Managing enterprise-scale travel logistics requires balancing cost efficiency with exceptional employee support. This role addresses complex travel operations by optimizing corporate travel policies, negotiating favorable vendor agreements, and ensuring seamless support for corporate travelers. The selected leader will resolve systemic travel challenges, manage key vendor relationships, and guide a dedicated team of travel professionals. Through strategic policy updates and modern technical tools, this position drives continuous improvement to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Design, implement, and continuously refine enterprise travel policies and programs to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of in-house travel agents to ensure high-quality service and seamless day-to-day operations
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with airlines, hotels, and rental car agencies to maximize compliance and program value
- Resolve complex travel escalations and coordinate emergency support to guarantee traveler safety and minimal disruption
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external travel management vendors to execute company-wide travel strategies
- Integrate AI-driven data tools and advanced analytics to streamline reporting, predict budget trends, and enhance decision-making
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Travel, HR, Program Management or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in managing a corporate travel program
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- Concur Travel system
- Galileo and/or Sabre travel reservation systems

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
