PeopleCert is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to become an integral part of our team as a Corporate Travel Associate. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, meticulously managing all travel requests, and ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience for our corporate travelers.

As a Corporate Travel Associate your tasks will include the following:

  • Handling flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and other travel-related arrangements for corporate travelers.
  • Ensuring cost-effectiveness while upholding the highest standards of comfort and convenience.
  • Cultivating strong traveler relationships through effective communication and the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Monitoring product/service delivery, managing bookings, and handling invoicing.
  • Assisting the events department in executing events.

What we look for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of expertise in corporate travel management, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Expertise in corporate travel management and experience handling all travel requests.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and the ability to effectively resolve issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cultures.
  • Advanced negotiation and cost-cutting skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage; ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with travel platform tools and reservation systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
