Horse Powertrain Ltd is an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents.
This role is employed by Horse Powertrain and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing
Drive the execution of the global Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.
Facilitate global talent, succession, and performance processes, ensuring alignment across countries and stakeholders.
Develop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards to enable consistent execution worldwide.
Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
Manage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.
Lead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
Act as the key support for Talent & Performance systems, partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.
Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record, at least 5 years, in HR/Talent project or programme management and multinational cross-functional delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Excellent skills in executive presentation development and data analysis/reporting (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
Strong competencies in project management and stakeholder influence, with a collaborative approach.
Knowledge of the automotive sector, HORSE Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish and additional languages will be valued.
