Position Summary
The Corporate Supply Chain Manager owns end-to-end supply chain programs, coordinates stakeholders across global teams and functions, and supports the sustainability and trade compliance requirements that shape sourcing and supplier decisions. Success is measured by program execution, cross-functional alignment, and on-time delivery.
What We Offer You:
- Work with a premier global team on leading-edge heat transfer technology.
- Impact customers across multiple industries.

- Opportunity to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.
What You Will Do:
Global Supply Chain
- Lead end-to-end supply chain processes — sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management — across global supplier networks.
- Lead supplier surveys, scorecards, and data requests related to material compliance, performance metrics, and operational risk.
- Maintain supply chain master data in approved systems, ensuring accuracy of supplier records, part attributes, and origin information.
Program Management & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate supply chain and operational improvement programs across engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and quality.
- Apply structured project management practices — scope, scheduling, risk management, and change control — across global teams.
- Define, track, and report program KPIs, dashboards, and status updates for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Identify program gaps, risks, or underperforming metrics and lead root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
- Drive operational readiness — training, tooling, and process documentation — when new programs, suppliers, or compliance requirements are introduced.
- Bridge global program teams and site-level operations to align priorities, surface constraints, and close execution gaps.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for material compliance and sustainability performance, gathering supplier documentation and tracking regulatory requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, ESG data).
- Present status updates, dashboards, and performance reports to internal stakeholders including senior leadership, translating complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Manage program communication cadence — agendas, decision logs, and follow-up tracking — and support change management through guidance materials, training job aids, and process documentation for rollouts.
Tariff and Trade Compliance
- Own tariff and trade compliance data — HS/HTS classification, country of origin, master data governance, and tariff impact analysis — to support sourcing and supplier selection.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and trade compliance teams to communicate tariff changes and their operational implications.
