About this opportunity
We are looking for a Corporate Services & Business Support to join our team and perform specifically identified administrative activities primarily for the local legal entity in France, while also supporting other legal entities or projects when required. These activities are delivered as a service to various functional area owners to support key business processes, particularly where there is limited or no local representation.
The role contributes to enhancing cross-functional efficiency by ensuring consistent, reliable, and compliant administrative support across departments. The Corporate Services & Business Support role typically supports functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & Communication, Legal, and other support areas.
What you will do
The Corporate Services & Business Support role is expected to have a solid background in administrative, finance and payments and will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple domains. The list below is intended as a reference and should not be considered an exhaustive or fixed set of responsibilities.
Finance & Payment Support:
  • Handling payment withholding (WHT) and tax activities, including processing checks and reviewing manual payment requests.
  • Supporting local activities related to financial and tax documents, such as pick up, delivery, and notarization, including guarantees.
  • Assisting external consultants in preparing WHT certificates.
  • Supporting local management, tax, and company control teams for tax activities, such as tax codes, tax payments, tax return reminders, and urgent payments.

Purchase-to-Pay Activities and Records Retention
Travel & Mobility Support
  • Travel booking and coordination, Visa support, International mobility support

Expense Management
  • Expense handling support

Event Management Support
  • Organization and coordination of unit events, Support for customer events, Support on audits

Entry & Exit - Onboarding and Offboarding Support
  • Entry support guidance, Local introduction to new employees and new suppliers, Contract finalization support for suppliers
  • Onboarding and Offboarding support (Employee Lifecycle Administrative Support)

Administrative & Office Support
  • REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management) support, Office supplies and merchandising management

HR & Operational Support
  • Time & payroll support, Training coordination and support, Reward & recognition support

Reporting, Compliance & Legal Support
  • Regulatory statistical reporting and institutional surveys (INSEE), Tax documentation and audit coordination support,Tax returns and withholding tax support
  • Record retention and compliance activities, Contract handling and contractual guarantees with banks, Compliance-related tasks (e.g., GEH, contribution requests)

The Skills You Bring
We are looking for someone who combines strong administrative expertise with a proactive, forward-thinking and service-oriented mindset. You may be a great fit if you have:- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - or equivalent proven experience- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, finance, shared services, or central administration role- Solid understanding of administrative processes and local laws and regulations relevant to the role- Basic knowledge of taxation- Full professional fluency in both French and English (mandatory)- Familiarity with SAP- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- A digital mindset with an interest in automation, innovation, and AI-driven efficiencies- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment- A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive simplification and standardization- Strong analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar is a plus
