  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support cash management, expense tracking, and free cash flow initiatives.
  • Maintain and update monthly forecast models for departmental budgets, perform variance analysis in other areas of the P&L, and recommend budget/forecast adjustments as needed
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and assess investment opportunities across Match Group’s portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, finance management, and cross-functional teams—including investor relations, strategy and operations, business units, tax and internal departments—on strategic initiatives and special projects.

We could be a match if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other related business field.

  • You have experience in detailed forecasting and long-range planning, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate complex financial data
  • You have the ability to turnaround ad hoc requests in a timely manner while maintaining quality of work.
