Key responsibilities include:
- Prospect and acquire net-new SMB business by positioning Paylidify solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, relationship building, closing, and coordinating onboarding with internal teams.
- Build and nurture relationships within partner and customer organizations, influencing key decision-makers through various channels (email, phone, in-person).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outbound efforts.
- Collaborate with Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Regional Management to align go-to-market strategies and ensure solutions fit market needs.
- Develop and implement creative go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through in-person (field/face-to-face) outreach
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- 2+ years of experience in a qualifying or prospecting sales role
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
- Experience selling to SMB customers in restaurants, retail, or service-based industries
