This position is located in Charlotte, NC. Employees should live within a reasonable commute to the designated Deriva Energy facility or be open to relocation. Relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.
Position Summary
The Corporate Resource Coordinator serves as a centralized point of coordination for corporate purchasing and invoicing requests. The role is responsible for managing the front-end intake, coordination, and routing of requests to ensure alignment with company policies and smooth handoff to downstream teams.
This position focuses on organization, communication, and issue resolutions to reduce administrative effort within departments and improve consistency across purchasing and invoicing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary coordination point for purchasing and invoicing requests from designated corporate departments
Manage the intake, organization, and route of purchasing- and invoice-related requests and documentation
Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounting, and other internal teams to support timely processing
Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to address invoice-related questions or discrepancies
Track request status and communicate clearly regarding requirements, next steps, and timelines
Maintain organized records to support auditability, reporting, and compliance
Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Support initiatives aimed at improving consistency, efficiency, and request quality
Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree in finance, accounting, procurement operations, or business operations support role
In lieu of an associate's degree, HS Diploma/GED with one (1) year or more of relevant work experience
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, procurement operations, or business operations support role
General understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes
Experience with NetSuite, Basware, Maximo, and Front App or similar enterprise systems
Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong client service abilities to respond effectively to internal and external inquiries
Adaptive and collaborative work style with a commitment to process improvement
Strong organizational and time management skills for handling high-volume workloads
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong work ethic and ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume workloads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
