The SCADA Engineer will design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for energy projects, providing technical support and ensuring optimal performance.

Design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for data centers and renewable assets (wind, solar, BESS). Troubleshoot hardware/software, manage data connections, coordinate with IT and OEMs, perform testing and validation, support NERC CIP compliance, provide user training, and participate in on-call rotations and occasional site travel.

Lead and manage the Finance and HR application portfolio (NetSuite, Workday, etc.), oversee a team of ~10, drive stability, integrations, vendor relationships, budgets, SOx compliance, ServiceNow-based ITSM, and partner with PMO for project delivery and operational handover.

Provide engineering support for greenfield utility-scale solar projects including PV system design, energy modeling, technical due diligence, cost estimating, permitting, contracting, and coordinating handoff to execution while managing consultants and interfacing with cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain execution-ready maintenance plans and 6–12 week schedules for high-voltage assets across multiple renewable sites. Create detailed work packages, coordinate resources, ensure materials and vendor readiness, manage Maximo work orders, monitor schedule execution, support compliance (NERC), and drive continuous improvement to improve reliability and labor utilization.
