The Role
As the People Ops team, we hope to demonstrate the following characteristics: adaptability, curiosity, resourcefulness, problem solving, pro-activity, and collaboration. The recruiter will be responsible for talent initiatives designed to attract high-performing, high-potential candidates who will help drive our business forward. They will manage the full life-cycle recruitment including determining critical skillsets, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating debrief meetings.
This role is remote, but needs to be able to support the full workday Pacific time.
Responsibilities
• Participate in (internal and external) talent acquisition across business units including: stakeholder management, talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, job offers, feedback collection.
• Build talent pipeline; proactive sourcing for technically skilled candidates, create and nurture relationships with external talent sources, and keep on leading edge of best practices.
• Ensure alignment with finance on budgets for new hires, coordinate on reporting on open requisitions and track time to hire in the system.
• Manage the usage and adoption of the ATS as necessary.
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent blend of education and work experience in our industry.
· 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
· Understanding of the software industry, solar industry preferred.
· Knowledge of contemporary recruiting and employment practices and their strategic and operational implications.
· Strong planning, coordination, organization and prioritization skills.
· Proven ability to foster relationships with hiring managers and working partnerships with a broad range of people.
· Enthusiastic promoter of all things Terabase to both internal and external hires.

This role offers a base salary of $70,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined (and may be greater or higher), dependent on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
