Owns the organization’s physical and virtual compute infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Windows 365. Designs resilient architectures, leads infrastructure projects, automates provisioning with PowerShell, manages monitoring, backups, patching, and security controls, and resolves complex issues across applications, identity, networking, and infrastructure. Provides technical direction, documentation, escalation support, and guidance to other engineers.

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise, campus, and cloud network infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Manage routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, segmentation, hybrid connectivity, monitoring, capacity planning, and high availability. Automate provisioning, troubleshoot complex network issues, maintain documentation, lead incident resolution, participate in on-call support, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with security, cloud, and IT teams.

Build and deploy production computer vision and machine learning systems for solar construction. Responsibilities span dataset curation, Python data pipelines, model training, evaluation, inference services, MLOps, and continuous improvement. The role applies deep learning, geospatial analysis, and AI-native engineering workflows to real-world job-site challenges, while collaborating with engineering teams and development partners across locations. The engineer will also validate models, support users, debug edge cases, and contribute to the full product lifecycle.

Leads end-to-end controls design, programming, testing, commissioning, and support for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and hybrid renewable projects. Develops SEL and Codesys control logic, validates power and grid-response algorithms, troubleshoots SCADA systems, produces technical deliverables, and leads FATs and customer engagements. Contributes to product improvements, maintains code and Jira documentation, mentors junior engineers, and serves as a technical authority for utility and ISO requirements.

The Frontend Developer will design and implement the web frontend for the SaaS platform Construct, collaborating with various teams and enhancing the user experience while adhering to Agile principles.

Own and develop Construct's backend and infrastructure: design, build, test, and deploy cloud-hosted web services (primarily AWS). Collaborate with mobile, front-end, AI teams and external partners, apply Agile practices, CI/CD, unit testing and TDD, support users, and foster cross-team communication.

Lead a team in the engineering design and execution of SCADA, network, and controls systems for solar projects, ensuring quality and project milestones are met while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead a small software engineering team as a hands-on manager for the Terafab manufacturing execution system. Define architecture, implement major features, design data models and APIs, maintain interfaces with Autonomy/IoT/Controls, resolve cross-system technical challenges, run agile rituals, mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and coordinate with product and hardware teams to deliver scalable, reliable construction automation software.

Lead and build Terabase's internal IT organization: transition from MSP, establish end-user support, identity and endpoint management, corporate network and infrastructure, IT service delivery, security/compliance, vendor management, and hire/coach IT staff to support a global, high-growth technology company.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, and support of IT and OT infrastructure for SCADA systems, ensuring reliability and security across various platforms and collaborating with multiple teams.

The Sr. Controls Engineer will program PLCs, develop structured code, interface with MES, and design safety systems for manufacturing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing suppliers, and conducting machinery testing.

Design, program, install, test, and commission SCADA and plant control systems for utility-scale solar and storage projects. Capture client requirements, develop PLC/RTU logic, create HMI screens, produce design and commissioning documentation, coordinate field commissioning, and troubleshoot networks and protocols to meet uptime and regulatory needs.

Lead end-to-end execution of a fast-moving solar construction equipment program. Manage integrated schedules, critical path, milestone gates, cross-functional dependencies, RAID and decision logs, IP disclosure workflow, risk mitigation, and executive reporting while coordinating engineering, supply chain, and external partners.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to manage software engineering for renewable energy applications while driving technical strategy and product delivery.

Develop, configure, validate, and maintain RTDS/RSCAD and PSCAD models for utility-scale solar, BESS, and hybrid plants. Build HIL environments integrating controllers and network devices, execute HIL test plans, troubleshoot models and hardware, support FAT/customer testing and commissioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEMs to ensure project-ready simulations and repeatable validation.

The Design Engineer will create and optimize PV power plant designs, coordinate with project teams, and assist in construction administration for solar projects.

Lead build-out and operation of TeraFab field operations: define operating model, hire and develop teams, run multi-shift deployments, own performance and costs, create field-to-engineering feedback, stand up regional hub, and resolve logistics and technical issues to scale reliable solar installation operations.
