JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate requisitions, from initial candidate outreach through offer acceptance. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates while providing a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
The Corporate Recruiter also supports the Corporate Talent team by assisting with sourcing and screening for hard-to-fill or high-priority roles, ensuring strong pipelines and timely hiring decisions in alignment with Inter-Con Security Systems’ standards and staffing needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions
- This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-closing and offering candidates for the Corporate Recruiter’s own requisitions.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates on assigned roles, ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and a positive candidate experience.
- Pre-closes candidates by confirming compensation expectations, start dates, and other key details prior to extending offers.
Continued support in sourcing
- In addition to doing full-cycle for certain positions, the Corporate Recruiter will conduct sourcing and screening for hard-to-fill roles
- Partners with team members to identify bottlenecks and provide additional support in sourcing qualified candidates
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal team members.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills, with the ability to evaluate experience, competencies, and overall fit.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including consistent and accurate documentation in systems and trackers.
- Customer service–oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning and using ATS and HR systems.
- Prior experience in sourcing and/or recruiting for corporate or professional-level roles preferred.
